EXACT EXCHANGES are only allowed if the item/s are damaged during shipment/Delivery.

There must be correspondence within 24 hrs of your delivery to properly process the exchange.

Please Provide Subject for the issue.

Example: If your item is damaged ; please use the subject for your email as:

"Damage/Shipping"

 *You will be responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to the studio. The return shipping address will be provided to you along with your packing slip.*
